RETURNS / DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Script City within 2 days of receipt for authorization before returning your order.

Script City will send back the correct or new (undamaged) item.

Damaged material must be reported to the carrier (UPS, FEDEX or U.S. Postal Service) for damage claims to be filed.

To arrange for a return, please call (818) 701-0012, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Postage charges are not refundable.

PDF orders are not returnable and are only refundable if an incorrect item is sent and the correct item is not available.

All sales are final.
